Today Juliet, from Mis En Scene next door, brought over these important faxes warning not to take checks from these people. Funny though, it was shortly after she bought a pair of Bizarro Glasses from me. Hmmmm....

New Fred Products

Today we got 2 backordered items from Fred. Pick Your Nose paper cups and Borrow My Pen. The pens feature subversive advertising, are hysterical, and won't last long, I'm sure.

Power Cord Part Two

I went back for the Genius Bar appointment at the Apple store this morning. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time a genius was available and refunded the cost of the cord with no hassle. So it worked out in the end.
The real bonus to this story, though, is that while driving through Livingston to get to Short Hills Mall I saw all the banners for the Livingston Farmers Market. It occurred to me to call and see if they have craftspeople at their market, unlike Montclair. Indeed they do! So starting next week I'll set up my booth there. It runs on Thursdays from 12noon -6pm behind Walgreens at 43 South Livingston Ave. which is right off of Rte. 10.

Power Cord Part One

Two days ago I noticed that my computer wasn't charging even though it was plugged in. I discovered that the power cord had burned out, right through the protective covering! I went to the Apple store the next morning only to be told I needed an appointment at the Genius Bar to be able to replace it under the warranty. The next appointment wasn't for 2 days! I wasn't leaving that store without a power cord since my computer was running on reserve power by then! So she made me buy one and explained that I can get a refund at the appointment. Tomorrow I go back for my appointment so I'll update the story tomorrow...

Sew Here...Cut There

I'm working on the Sock Monkey Workshop that we'll begin offering in August. The class sizes will be limited to 5 kids, ages 10 and up. I'm really excited about it and will probably offer other classes including felt birds and gLove Story Dolls. I'll announce the dates soon!

Puglee- New Uglydoll Just In

she tries! Puglee is also smart enough to know that life isn’t about getting a grade. It’s about the
special bond she now has with you.
